Of course my camera will go out at the time that we record 8 fucking episodes over three days, so I have no time to get a new one. It's fucking gay. All right? It's pissing me off, but deal with it. After next Wednesday, I should have a brand new nice 4K camera. My name is Brandon Thrash. Here's the Daily Dose Show. 0:36 Over there is Chuck Iron Fist. How you doing? 0:38 Speaker 1 I'm not happy. I'm trying to do AI this thing to make a music video and Brandon, I have quite possibly the greatest idea in the history of history. 0:52 Speaker 2 Music videos. 0:53 Speaker 1 Yeah, you know what? I'm going to do so. Michael Germany sends us a poster for the unhoused Super Bowl party. I'm sorry, Super Bowl party for the less fortunate. 1:05 Speaker 2 The Hobo Hoedown. 1:07 Speaker 1 Dude, so much has happened since we kicked this thing off and and we're in a new week now. So I we had a whole weekend right to deal with it. While I was on a cruise, I was dealing with this. Brandon was in Kentucky doing nothing but dealing with this. That's how we roll. I'm foreshadowing. Anyway, dude, I'm making a music video and it's the poster that Michael Germany sent. 1:27 And then me and you walk into the video with like in the background with the big TV behind us and all the homeless people on the ground, like eating burgers and drinking beer. And we're like, Are you ready for some football? And we do the whole Monday Night Football thing, but for the Super Bowl, and it's me and you singing it back and forth. 1:44 How awesome is that going to be? 1:45 Speaker 2 Yeah, good fucking luck with that. Trying to get AI to do all that for you. I highly doubt that sounds very complicated. You're going to be doing that for probably 8 hours, more than likely at least 8 hours. I would imagine sitting there just trying to tweak it and everything 'cause I know Michael Germany, he has problems. He's he's kind of got it now. I think he's kind of figured out what to ask AI. 2:02 But there I remember in the beginning, man, it would, it would take him a while to do like one picture 'cause it would have to be like change this part up here, change this part over here, change that part over there and then you do video. What are you on Sora 2? Is that what you're doing it on? 2:13 Speaker 1 It's this app that I downloaded that I'm paying $0.99 a day for, so I got to do this quick. It's I got to do it quick, but I've been working on it for an hour and a half and so far I've gotten I haven't gotten it to record my voice yet. I don't see you're. 2:26 Speaker 2 About to eat out? 2:27 Speaker 1 It's very complicated, but either way, I'm working on that. 2:30 Battling Atlanta City Hall for Homeless Event Permits The other thing, dude, I called the city of Atlanta and I'm I'm going to, I'm going to put this out there because I think the world needs to know this is, this is not one of those things that we keep to ourselves because I don't care. I I have nothing to lose with the city of Atlanta. I don't care about the city of Atlanta, but when I call your permitting office and I say, hey, look, man, we're trying to do this thing where we feed hungry people and we air the game on February 8th and we're going to give them clothes and we're going to give them heat and we're going to give them drinks. 3:03 What, what permit do I need for this? Because I want to do it legally. And the lady goes, let me see what permitting office I can get you to right now. So somebody can handle it, right? So it's like, OOP, I'm on hold, dude, for like 10 minutes. This lady answers and she's like Downing. 3:20 I'm like, OK, I'm not trying to build a skyrise, kid. I'm just trying, just trying to feed. Just trying to feed some homeless people. Oh, yeah, Sir, you're in the wrong place. Let me get you over to right. OK, that sounds good. 5 minutes later, beep. It's like business licenses. 3:37 What? What is going on right now? I'm like, look, I'm just trying to feed some homeless people. What do I got to do? I need a permit. I just want to get a permit. Oh, yeah, yeah, I know you need to talk, so I'll, I'll send you right over there, baby. I'm like, all right, cool. 45 minutes later, nothing. And I hung up and that's I was like, you know, I'm done, I'm done. 3:54 I'm not I'm not going to play the game. Brandon, the city of Atlanta. It is official as of right now. We have established they do not care about their unhoused population and that's where we're at. 4:04 Speaker 2 4:04 Speaker 2 They see they're mad that we're trying to keep them alive. See what they try to do every year is they try to freeze them out. They try to they'd much. It's a lot cheaper for Atlanta to just let the homeless freeze on the sidewalk and then the city can just come by and scoop them and toss them in the trash truck because they don't have any families or anything. That's what city Atlanta would like to do to all the homeless. 4:20 They would like to let them freeze on the side of the streets, pick them up, throw them in the trash truck and they don't have to worry about them because then they don't have to spend money. And really it's not even money thing. It's a it's a commitment thing. It's a actually doing your job fucking thing. And the problem with Atlanta, everyone that's in a power of position or position of power, they just, they're just like, it's like Hunger Games. 4:38 They just went around to each hood and like, who's your representative? All right, we're going to put you in City Council. OK, how about that? And that's just all Atlanta is. It's just one big hood. And then somehow these people get elected into office. I don't know how because half the people in downtown don't even know how to vote or where to vote and they're freezing to death out there. 4:54 But the city of Atlanta, the officials, especially the mayor, does not give a fuck about them. They don't even give a fuck about the people that that aren't aren't homeless. They definitely don't give a fuck about the homeless. 5:03 Speaker 1 I would 1000% of argued with you yesterday but after today I'm going to tell you Brandon you're not wrong. Like they do not care about these people. And the fact that I even have to get a permit and pay the city to hand out jackets is mind boggling to me. 5:23 Like they should say, where do you want to do it? We'll, we'll, we'll send a representative and maybe we'll bring some food as well. You know, maybe we'll bring some extra jackets. We'll, you know, we'll bring some dollar bills. You know what I mean? Like, we'll, we'll bring something. We're going to help you guys out because that's a good initiative, right? 5:37 Speaker 2 Yeah. 5:38 Speaker 1 They won't even give me a perm. They won't even tell me how to get a permit because I don't, I think you're right. They don't want to give a permit. They don't want you to do it because they want them to die. And we, we are going to stop that from happening. And when somebody contacts the media, anybody that wants you, let them know. 5:55 We contacted the city of Atlanta to get a permit for this thing and they won't even talk to us about it. And I'm not going. 6:02 Speaker 2 Be sure to tell FOX 5 the city Atlanta would rather watch homeless freeze and die in the streets than allow a charity to go out there and help them and cook food and give them clothes and let them watch the football game. Because with city Atlanta, they don't want to they don't want to help them. They just want them to leave and go somewhere else or die. One of the two. We don't want that. 6:17 We want them to be able to watch football because they probably ain't watched a football game and I don't know how long, you know, probably the last time they were arrested. More than likely they just happened to be there on a, you know, during the Super Bowl, which Bradley and the Cadillac got to watch the last Super Bowl in jail. So it's not the greatest place to watch it, but they. 6:30 to 6:31 Speaker 1 6:31 Speaker 1 Probably. They probably still wore leather helmets. 6:33 Speaker 2 Yeah, probably. So, yeah, it's probably been a while since I've seen one. It's been a long. 6:36 Sarah's Tips: VIP Seating for the Homeless Super Bowl Time the the other the other thing that transpired and Brandon knows about this. This is awesome. So the girl that I was telling you about, Sarah, who does a lot of work with the homeless downtown, she has a lot of connections down there. She's actually been pointing us in the right direction with how to get a location to do it. She's coming and she's bringing a freaking truckload of winter clothing. 6:55 So I'm like, this is great. Not only food, but we're going to be able to get them all decked out in Eddie Bauer. 7:00 Speaker 2 Is this the same Sarah from West Foundation or a different one? 7:02 Speaker 1 It's a different one. All these Sarahs just have. Oh, I thought the. 7:05 Speaker 2 Whole time we were the same one. I was like oh shit. So where'd you find this lady at? 7:09 Speaker 1 So when I used to work downtown, she'd reached out to me because my office was right downtown and my secretary with the government was big into charity, and she loved your charity. And she said, hey, I want to do a clothing drive. And I'm like, I don't even know where you would take clothes for homeless people. 7:25 So I'd reached out, I put on social media, say, anybody know where you take clothing other than Goodwill? I want to give it straight to people that do not have homes. And this girl Sarah reached out to me and she said, Hey, I, I do that all the time. It's, it's actually a passion project that I work. And I, I take it to all the churches and different foods and shelters. 7:44 And what are they called? Where they give them food? 7:46 Speaker 2 What's up, soup kitchens? 7:47 Speaker 1 Soup kitchen, she goes, I go there and take care of them. I know all of them and whatever. So we met up with her and my entire office with DHS. We all went out with her and gave all the jackets out to the homeless people. And I will be honest, we went to like a church where they were all just waiting. 8:04 It was pretty safe. Well, they were just waiting for us. I knew we were coming, but she said you need to to her exact words. And Brandon, this is my favorite part of this because this is Brandon's job when he gets back from Kentucky this week. I love this Brandon. I'm so excited about this. 8:20 The exact words are you have to get your location, blah, blah, blah. Second, once your location, date and time are locked in, create or print a couple dozen of your Flyers. Plain copy paper in a plastic sleeve. 8:36 We never would have thought of that. Yeah. 8:37 Speaker 2 Because they they'll slobber on it, and they'll wrinkle them, they'll crumple it, and they'll wipe their ass with. 8:43 Speaker 1 OK, stop. Third drive around. This is my favorite part of her text that I sent Brandon. Drive around and find a couple homeless guys. Let them know what you're doing and where you will be that you will. Give them 5 to $10 and tell them to spread the word. 9:02 Post the Flyers and let them know that they will get VIP seating if they bring X amount of homeless with them. They will bring an effing army. 9:13 Speaker 2 Yeah, yeah, no, they, they can't arrive. Like I said, I used to, you know, down there in the streets in the, with the, with the smarter Marta people, you know, they're the same crowd. We just couldn't call them hobos on the radio cause management was very iffy about that. But we can call them whatever the fuck we want now 'cause we're our own independent people and we're helping them out. 9:28 So a little trade off there. But no, they, yeah, you can definitely figure out the kingpins, like the the hierarchy of the homeless when you get down there. The ones at the very low, low end of the totem pole are typically the ones that like, they got like their butts hanging out, like not just their underwear, but like their whole ass and their, you know, you'll look over at them in 30 seconds and the pants are just sliding down more. 9:46 But hey, hey, Jermaine, your Dick's out, buddy. Pull it out. It's true. I swear to God. 9:53 Speaker 1 I just was more impressed about the VIP scene. That's I'm very excited about getting a fold up couch. You know what I mean? Like you know they have the couches now you can buy a Dick's or Walmart and they just fold up for sporting events. 10:05 Speaker 2 Oh, I didn't know that. That's just done the regular chairs. 10:07 Speaker 1 Now they have fold up couches now, so it's like 2 seats, two people and we'll have one of those and whoever, whichever unhoused person brings the most people, that's VIP. 10:18 Speaker 2 Get to sit in the front. So all right, cool. Well, that and if the cops do show up, oh, I cannot wait to get them on fucking video too about them kicking us out but really, you're gonna kick these home with people out? We're just trying to serve them food and we're just trying to watch the game. And we be like, you know, I'm just trying my hardest not to get arrested in a Atlanta, Atlanta city jail. 10:30. It's going to be great if y'all want to come out, hang out. We have burgers, hot dogs, we have football on, we have a little bit of music. We might be shooting some dice, you know, maybe some card games with them. 10:36 God, that'd be terrible. Or Fulton County. But I don't think we can be arrested for anything. I think we're OK. You know, we're just hanging out and worst comes to worst, be like, it's the helpless people, not us. Come on now. 10:46 Speaker 1 She said the fines are really bad. 10:49 Speaker 2 Yeah, but like I said, usually the attorneys tell me not to pay the Atlanta city fines, but. 10:54 Speaker 1 Usually you're not really doing anything wrong this time, you're actually putting together like a Lollapalooza, so that could be an issue. 11:00 Speaker 2 Why is that wrong though? I mean, we're just setting up in a area and we're getting permission from somebody. Because the, the whole idea I had originally thought of was, you know, you know what I'm talking about those parking lots where they, they got all the parking spots numbered and then you just go up to the little kiosk and you pay for each parking. 11:14 Speaker 1 Spot it's. 11:15 Speaker 2 11:15 Speaker 2 Technically we bought the area, you know, so I'm like, all right, you know, I mean, we bought all these spots for like 6 hours. It cost like $200.00, but we got the area. So I don't think we could get in trouble for that either, could we? 11:26 Speaker 1 Tommy, get out of 64. Tommy, we did not pay for 64. Get out of there. My bad. My bad boss, my bad. 11:32 Speaker 2 It's like we just, we buy a bunch of odd ones and they got to do like a hopscotch to get to the parking lot. 11:37 Speaker 1 There's like a huge group over here, a huge group over here. Like Section 36, you are now up for viewing for the second quarter. Like, yeah, it's like playing squares. Oh, my God. I'm not going to say it, but it's like playing the game. Squares for the football game and different parking spots get picked up to go. 11:55 No, we're not going to do that. That's terrible. We want everybody to enjoy the game. 11:59 Speaker 2 I was, you know, you know, we had talked about this also before when we were up there at when I was getting cream pied by the children up there for the Greek restaurant. Remember I had mentioned I wanted to do something called like Thrasher Bucks or Daily Dose Dollars. 12:11 Speaker 1 Yeah. 12:12 Speaker 2 To where we like, we start our own currency in the Atlanta population and we just like have them shooting dice and everything and whatever fun games they like to play. But we get them fake money. But then they can exchange that money for like cool stuff like a like if they really want to say, but we could probably buy them like a Home Depot shed put it out there. 12:26 Speaker 1 No, we'll just have Jose donate stuff. 12:29 Speaker 2 Oh, we'll just use our money to buy it from Jose. 12:30 Speaker 1 Yeah, we'll be like, hey, we'll just drive around downtown and be like, hey, anybody got any Daily Dose dollars? And they're like, yeah, I do like how much you got? I got five. Well, that's enough for a chainsaw. You know, you just. 12:41 Speaker 2 Give a bunch of weapons and guns. 12:43 Speaker 1 That's a good idea. Like, we don't want to give them guns, but we can definitely give them things that are like weapons, you know, something themselves. 12:49 Speaker 2 Yeah, there's some dude on social media I see he goes with all the homeless and he just gives them like 15 machetes, like brand new ones. And then it's just like, listen, you know, they need protection against other homeless people out there. 12:59 Speaker 1 Chainsaw would make You'd be the boss. 13:01 Speaker 2 Yeah, I feel like they're going to hurt themselves, you know, they're going to play put the blade between their leg and try to crank it and they go cut themselves in half. 13:08 Speaker 1 All right, we won't do that. We'll work on that. We'll work on that idea. But yeah, so I'm, I'm just, you know, we're working this thing. I've been seeing all this stuff. I've been getting a million text messages from you guys about people wanting to help out. I think, I think I'm good with it. I think Brandon's good with it. 13:23 I know when he gets back from Kentucky. The biggest thing is you just being able to get the location. Once we have, we are going to need volunteers. So if you haven't the kindness here. Now, I did see somebody put up. Can't you guys just do it on a Monday because they wouldn't know the difference? 13:41 Speaker 2 I got shit to do on a Monday and we've got to record and everything. I think Sunday would work better and I want to watch the Super Bowl. I think they're going to know when the Super Bowl is, too, and Monday's not good because then you got more traffic out there, you know, like everyone's going to be home on Sunday night. 13:53 Speaker 1 That's true. During the Super Bowl, there will not be a single person out there. 13:57 Speaker 2 Which means I think we could probably get any venue we need out there. 14:00 Speaker 1 We might just open up Mercedes-Benz and use it. 14:02 Speaker 2 We'll just walk right in. That'd be cool. No, I don't. I don't. I don't know. Do they do anything on this? They don't do like a viewing party at the Mercedes-Benz, do they? 14:11 Speaker 1 I don't know but if they do and it's only $5 a person, we should just pay for 50 homeless people to go in I'm. 14:18 Speaker 2 Gonna look that up real quick. I don't know. 14:18 Speaker 2 Gonna look that up real quick. I don't know. That would make sense if they did. Well, maybe it wouldn't. I don't know. I don't know if they would open it up for people to come watch on like the big screen there. Benz Super Bowl viewing party? Probably not. 14:34 Speaker 1 Dude, if we don't Brandon, if they do, I I'm serious. It might be better just to pay for all of them to get in. 14:43 Speaker 2 It's looking like they're they don't do that. Not that I can find anywhere. 14:46 Porta Potties, Volunteers, and a Fake Halftime Show But you know, another thing I was thinking of, do we get like one of those like do we like get like a Porta potti out there, like one of those Renta things? Or we just let them shit on the side of the road like the normal and we we're probably going to have to piss too, right? I'm just trying to figure, are we just going to piss in corners and do we designate a piss corner so we're not just picking in the middle of our party and pissing in the middle of the party? 15:07 Or that's sort of something I was thinking of also, you know? 15:11 Speaker 1 OK, this is this is something I did not, I did not think about. I will say I think that they are probably very aware of locations that they can do those things. So I don't think anybody's going to do that at our party. Like they're not going to ruin the party for everybody, you know what I mean? 15:29 Speaker 2 Sometimes you don't know where it is because I interviewed one guy before and he told me he's like that dude, I, I lay down here and then like 30 minutes later someone's yelling at me to move and he's like, I'm just gonna lay here, man. And he's like, he's like, no, that's the piss spot. That's where everyone pees. Dude. You're laying in the piss spot. And that dude smells real bad. 15:44 I believe him. But no, I was, I was just thinking, you know, because some sometimes people have those rental things that you'll see at like nicer events where it's like a, it's like a trailer and it's got like a bathroom on it. And you go up in there. Sometimes you even have a shower and like a. 15:57 Speaker 1 Sink. Are you talking about a porta potty? 15:59 Speaker 2 No, no, they're like nice porta potties for like higher, higher end event. I didn't know if someone's got like a rental company out there that does like party rentals and stuff, why would? 16:07 Speaker 1 We want to get a high end one. 16:09 Speaker 2 So we could like, you know, not take a shit a porta potty and you know, it got warm water. 16:13 Speaker 1 You you can't hold it for four hours. 16:17 Speaker 2 Oh, I'm sure I could. I mean, depends on what we're eating out there. Depending on how bad Mark kicks the fucking burgers and shit, we're all gonna get like salmonella or something or. 16:24 Speaker 1 OK. I think. I think just getting a porta potty would be sufficient, yeah. 16:29 Speaker 2 That'd probably work. And then just have them come pick it up the next day. 16:31 Speaker 1 There might be a dude, the venue you get might have a porta potty already on site. 16:36 Speaker 2 Yeah, it will. 16:36 Speaker 2 Yeah, it will. Have to check it out. I'll look around. I'm not driving around. I'm a walk around. So I don't need them leaning on my truck and like getting dirt in there. But smells. No, I think it's gonna go very well. If anybody out the top of their head has any idea of a location or you work somewhere near 1, preferably near the bins or department human resources 'cause that's where a lot of the homeless like to hang out. 17:00 The bins would be great if we could have the bins in the background of the shot cause the news would love that, you know what I'm saying? Like congregation of homeless people and the Daily Dose Show outside the Mercedes-Benz joining together to watch football and they're getting warm clothes and everything. Never seen a podcast do it before. And they're like, oh, here comes APD, they're trying to kick them out. 17:16 Speaker 1 Did I show you the the banner? 17:18 Speaker 2 No, we got it already and Paul's made it. 17:20 Speaker 1 It's getting printed right now. 17:23 Speaker 2 Daily dosho with Brandon and Chuck Sweet how big is it? 17:27 Speaker 1 It's huge. He did it like 8 feet long and he said he's going to make some, some some of those ones stand on stands for us. But he said he has some time for that, for this. But he will have the banner done for us that. 17:39 Speaker 2 'D be great because we're going to use this at the next event as well. We need more branding for sure, wherever we go somewhere, But I think it's going to be good, you know, and unfortunately, you know, the homeless probably don't have a way to listen to us, but if they ever get the opportunity to, I'm sure they will. 17:54 Speaker 1 17:54 Speaker 1 We can tell everybody we have 3000 daily listeners but we have 10,000 that wish they could. 18:03 Speaker 2 I mean, I can just imagine this turning into like a huge event. Like there, we just got like like 3-4 hundred homeless guys out there, homeless men and women, and they're just all hanging out and cuddling and watching football, I mean. 18:13 Speaker 1 Well, that's, that's the problem is we're going to have to have somebody on standby for food. Like if we only because I mean, I'm planning on only bringing like about four dozen hot dogs, four dozen hamburgers. Like that's, I think that's enough. I mean, dude, we might only have 4 homeless people out there, but if they start, if they start walking up like The Walking Dead, you know what I mean? 18:31 Then it's like, oh crap, you know, like they're just like walking out of the the building, like. 18:37 Speaker 2 It's the Field of Dreams, you know, going out of the car. 18:41 Speaker 1 Mark's like, I say some more, I say I'm coming. I say I'm Jack, I say I'm it's a big crap. Oh my God. God, man, you know, we're like freaking out. I've got to go have somebody go get some more burgers and brats. 18:53 Speaker 2 Well, I'll, you know, like you said, I'll print off those Flyers when I get back from Kentucky and I'll go up there and put my feelers out, figure out, you know, where they like to congregate. You know how if they're looking to make a trip, you know, you know, I'm gonna start right there near the Mercedes-Benz and see how many the congregation of homeless. But I think they, they're very nomadic. 19:08 I think they can travel very well if we give them a heads up on time and date of where to be. 19:13 Speaker 1 Oh, yeah, and it's night, so they're like, they just woke up. I, I just want to tell everybody thank you for volunteering to help out. Please keep sending me messages. If you hit me up on any social media, I will respond to you and I will accept your help. Everybody except for one listener that's everybody else is good. 19:31 But there's one listener that we're not going to let be out there. But everybody else, you're good. 19:35 Speaker 2 Do you think, do you think they're going to be pissed and like start writing about the Bad Bunny like halftime show? 19:42 Speaker 1 I don't even think they care. I I I bet you they won't even notice it's in Spanish. 19:46 Speaker 2 Wouldn't that be funny? They're like if that if that really like, ticked them off. What the fuck? 19:50 Speaker 1 You know, what we should do is we should, we should probably tell them fake news beforehand and be like, dude, you guys aren't going to believe this, but Snoop Dogg was scheduled to perform and they cancelled him last minute and they said the reason is they wanted someone. 20:08 Spanish descent, you know, And they'll just be like, what, you know, And then they're just all flipping out. They burn Mercedes-Benz to the ground and we're like, oh. 20:16 Speaker 2 We should just fucking. We should at the halftime show, just switch it to like Future Music videos or something. They're just going crazy out there. Like, Oh yeah, coding crazy. Fuck yeah, just have a riot going on. 20:32 Speaker 1 You know what? OK, OK. Can we put together this is I can do this, I can edit this and Paul Purdy will help me. We'll put together our own halftime show. And they will never know that wasn't the halftime show, but it'll be good. Brandon. We'll use music videos and songs from like, really, really like rap. 20:49 Like rap. They all have. All right, we'll do like Future and we'll make it hard, dude. It'll be really, really. We might. You know what? Why don't we just use the halftime show from when Eminem and Doctor Dre and all of them are doing it? 21:01 Speaker 2 They might remember that one, I don't know. 21:04 Speaker 1 Really. 21:06 Speaker 2 I'm just if you just get them hyped up, like like set that bitch off by Boosie, you know they'd be good. But you got. 21:11 Speaker 1 One, you got one person out there that lost their home like a year ago. They're like, wait a minute, isn't the halftime show? They're lying. This probably isn't even the game. We're like, no, we swear it in. 21:21 Speaker 2 Or you know what we do, we go to like the Super Bowl from like 3 years ago and we start taking bets with the homeless people who you got your money on. But but I'd be like, OK, Kansas City Chiefs are going to do real good. 21:34 Speaker 1 Though, No, dude, we play. We play the, the we play the Patriots against the Falcons. I know it was in Atlanta, but we wait till halftime. We're like, all right, our money's on the Patriots. You guys are going to rob us here. OK, Who wants to take the Falcons? They're all like, I do like, all right, $0.50, fifty cents, $0.50, you know? 21:52 Yeah. 21:53 Speaker 2 Well, come on there. Pretty good man. Hopefully the news doesn't hear that part there, but. 21:58 Speaker 1 I would ask you to edit get that out, but I know you won't. 22:01 Speaker 2 So that and this episode's like in seven days or five days away from here right now. And I'm not I can't remember that at all. I've been I've been doing the episodes and I'm like, you know, the right in the descriptions. I'm like, what the what the fuck did we even talk about? I don't know what day was whips And now I'm having to like skip through the episodes and get little pieces and remember what the fuck we talk about. 22:17 We're we're recording way ahead of people. That's why, like, our news stories are like, kind of just vague. 22:23 Speaker 1 But you know what? We have kept our promise. We do not miss a day, and that's what we told everybody. 22:28 Interviewing a Genius and Michael Germany's 'Hobo Knows' Video Did you get the news story I sent you? Are you using that today? Yes. Oh my God, I'm so excited about that. 22:33 Speaker 2 OK, OK, cool. Well, before we move on, we do have a guest. Hopefully we're going to get scheduled for next week. If you've watched any of the Beast Games season 2, you know they're doing the the 100 smartest people versus the 100 strongest people. I'm like through episode 4. It's it's pretty good so far. 22:48 I like it. I like the challenges they've had to do and the the production value's just fantastic. But I saw this chick on there, she's pretty hot. Her name's Trina and she has the same IQ as Einstein and she actually seems to have a decent personality. You know, normally really smart people are like autistic and awkward and they don't like have social skills. 23:05 But she seems to be pretty cool and chill. So I reached out to her and she's planning on coming on next week. She's very excited about it. And usually the, the Mr. Beast people we get on are, are fairly good people and they usually work out pretty good. I think it's 'cause probably Mr. Beast probably does a pretty good vetting job and then we see him and we're like, oh, we can probably nab them, bring them on over here. 23:24 But I think that'll be a good one. That's going to be like the closest person to a scientist I think we can get. But I'm very interested to see how a person that's smart just goes like through normal life. 23:34 Speaker 1 OK, so you just want to get her. Are we going to ask her any? Like, are we going to have questions ready for her or are we just going to talk to her? 23:40 Speaker 2 I mean, yeah, I'm gonna ask her about the Beast games and how that works and, you know, her smartness and how often it is to find someone that's hot and smart. Not very often, which I don't know if she's funny. She'd be like the try effect if she had all three, right? 23:55 Speaker 1 Yeah, I don't think she will be. Maybe we can, I can, I can, I can pull out all the questions we had for smart people and hit her with it. 24:03 Speaker 2 Pull out all the questions we had for smart What? When did we ever ask a smart person a question? 24:07 Speaker 1 Never, because we never have any on the show. So we have a bunch banked up. Like I want to talk about AIAI Atlas. We wanted to talk about God. What was it that we needed a doctor for? 24:20 Speaker 2 Some kind of cancer or something somewhere? 24:22 Speaker 1 I'll have to go back and think about it, but I'll put together some questions for her. 24:26 Speaker 2 Holy shit, my plant's dying over there. I got to get water. All right. Cool. Well, yeah, we'll get her on next week. We'll talk to her. What are you looking at? You're looking stressed out over there. 24:34 Speaker 1 I'm sending this to you. That's why I was, I was, I was kind of I was out of it for a minute. I think I, I think I no, I emailed you something. So dude, we're talking about music videos. Michael Germany just sent us sent us that video for hobo nose. 24:52 Play it. Oh my God, play it. 24:56 Speaker 2 All right, let me download it. 24:56 Speaker 2 All right, let me download it. Download. Oh, what the fuck? Why does it look weird like that? 25:01 Speaker 1 Very exciting that he's he's this good. I might have to step into our AI. Yeah, I. 25:05 Speaker 2 Don't know why you're trying to do it. You're already hour and a half in. You can't even get words on there right. Which one is it? Oh, it's got to be this one. 25:23 Hobo knows. I like how just walking across the really tall. 25:31 Speaker 1 So we'll have to put some different music with it, slow it down, and that's going to be good. 25:37 Speaker 2 Yeah, I think needs to be a little longer, like like Hobo knows. 25:45 Speaker 1 Yeah, we got you got to have like Jingle sound of money hitting the ground, you know, whatever. 25:50 Speaker 2 Yeah, All right, cool. Yeah, Well, that's, you know, that's kind of like a part of the the hobo thing. We're going to get going to get a, you know, accompanied with them and build rapport with them or I will over the next week or so before the Super Bowl because we're what we got. What was it a little less than a month, about 3 weeks until the Super Bowl. 26:06 So I'm going to have two weeks out there to talk to them and get them round up and first day I got to find a location. So I'll be doing that. Hopefully I have my meta glasses by then already. And just every time I look at my camera, it pisses me off. But we'll get that figured out. We'll get everything sorted out. OK. All right. Well, anything else you need to add that? 26:24 Speaker 1 No, go ahead. 26:25 Podcast Updates and Final Details for the Homeless Super Bowl Well if you listen to us here on iHeartRadio out podcast or Spotify be sure to leave us a five star review and a follow up helps out a good bit. It really does and I see y'all doing it every day and it makes me smile. And then sometimes I go whack one off just like oh look at all those people giving us five star reviews making me horny. Appreciate it. We also got the YouTube. 26:40 We upload all the full length videos over there. If you can go watch it, 1000 of you need to watch 4 episodes, we'd really appreciate it. Then we're monetized. That'd be great. Then we make money off the YouTube. That'd be awesome. Money helps us do more crazy shit. And then we've also got the Patreon down below. We just have paid advertising for the show and for damned scary hookers, heroin and prostitutes. 26:59 We also got the merch shop up there. People been buying and they've been the order successful. And I don't know if anyone actually gotten their order yet. I mean, I would imagine by now, you know, this is like a few days before, but hopefully you did let us know if you got any problems and we'll make sure you're taken care of. 27:14 And like you said, we've got our party coming up with the the homeless. February 8th. That's a Sunday, 27:30 We got burn barrels. We're going to have some porta potties. It's going to be good times. It's going to be fun and we're going to get the news out there one way or another. I mean, if we get like 100 people to call and tell the news what we're doing, I think they're going to come out there. I, I don't think, and especially if we put in the part about how city of Atlanta doesn't want to help us at all, they just rather the homeless people freeze in the streets. 27:48 I think the news will come. 27:49 Speaker 1 OK, you, you're asking not see, you just advertised it and you weren't supposed to do that because now we got to remind everybody, if you show up, you are volunteering, you are a volunteer, OK? So you need to make sure you reach out to me because we do not want 100 of you out there, OK? We got to make sure that we don't have 100 people that are not unhoused. 28:10 Speaker 2 If you do come out, you got to look real tattered. But. 28:13 Speaker 1 I mean, you're still not going to fit in probably, but we will. We will definitely need your help. But just reach out to me, man. Make sure you guys reach out to me. That's I want to get the list together that way, just like if we're having a potluck at my house. Hey, so and so's coming, all right, Bring plates. You know, so and so's coming. 28:29 Bring paper towel. Hey, so and so's coming All right, Bring 20 bags of chips. So if you're in, and if you're in on this, you're in on this, but you got to have a job, all right? Just like Mark's going to be cleaning the porta potty after every use, you know, so he's like that. Oh. 28:44 Speaker 2 God, he's also cooking the burgers, isn't he? God, you're like wait a minute, I cleaned the burgers and I cooked the shit. My bad. I know it's going to be a good time. So yeah, reach out to Chuck Potluck. I like that comparison. That's that's the heart of the Methodist Church right there. 29:00 It's potlucks. I remember doing that all the time back in the day. That's what keeps the church going for real. 29:05 The Controversial Video: Women in Law Enforcement Discussion So all right, we're going into De la Dosa Dom news. That's your daily Dosa Dom 29:33 dumb. So I've been trying to include more video stuff because I think people like it and then we can like talk about it afterwards as well. So I saw this video today. It's a we'll just go ahead and watch it first. Let's see. And Chuck can probably guess why I pulled this video and what I'm going to say about it. But here we go. 29:52 What's up? OK, where's where's the knife? 29:59 Speaker 1 I can't give you. 30:00 Speaker 2 OK, I need you to take it out of your pocket and give it to me right now. Sir, I need you to take the knife out of your pocket. 30:05 Speaker 1 It's not a property. 30:06 Speaker 2 Sir, I need to take the knife out of your pocket. 30:23 All right, so you already know what I'm going to say about this story. Women don't need to be in law enforcement. 30:29 Speaker 1 Wait, did she shoot him? 30:31 Speaker 2 No, she fell down, screamed and cried, and the cop behind her had to shoot him in the head. 30:35 Speaker 1 Oh, you shot him in the head. You shot him. 30:37 Speaker 2 Yeah, the chick did not shoot him. I mean, you know, to me it just seems like one of those situations where I mean, what does she do? Get her feet tangled and she's like not have her, you know, stance. She might have needed some more O line work or something like that, some D line work. What are you doing here? How do you fall down and then just start screaming without pulling a gun or a Taser or anything out? 30:56 Speaker 1 Did she get cut? 30:58 Speaker 2 No, I don't think dude shot him in the head before he got to her. 31:01 Speaker 1 Oh my God. 31:03 Speaker 2 Like like spazzing. 31:04 Speaker 1 No, I oh, I thought he hit him with the Taser. 31:08 Speaker 2 Fired so he hit him. I'm pretty sure he hit him in the head or the neck. 31:11 Speaker 1 OK, yeah, I, I will say that she should had her gun out a little bit earlier. It was, it was kind of stupid that she, she just walked. I mean, it's not that she got close, but a reactionary distance with somebody, even with a knife. I think it's they want to say it's 20 feet, 25 feet and they teach you that. 31:29 So I mean, if you're that close to somebody with a knife, reactionary distance is how fast they can close that distance and you have that much time to get your gun out and shoot. She was very close. So, but I don't understand the crying thing. That was kind of weird. 31:42 Speaker 2 Yeah, I don't know. It's just she did, you know, it just took over emotion. I guess she forgot she was a cop and just turned into a victim right there. But I, I don't know if it's a, you know, 'cause we also had that, that case, what a year ago or so it was she pulled over this guy and she pulled her gun out instead of her Taser and she ended up shooting that guy and he died and she got fined or released or arrested, something like that. 32:03 Remember that? Oh my God, I pulled my gun out, not my Taser. Like, bitch, how do you not know which one's the gun and which one's the Taser? 1 They're completely different feels. 32:10 Speaker 1 And the guy was on the ground, right? He was like in handcuffs. And she shot a round off right next to his face. 32:15 Speaker 2 32:15 Speaker 2 Well, I think he was in the car still from what I remember. 32:18 Speaker 1 Oh yeah, yeah, that's another one. I'm talking about the, IT was on side of the road and the guy was in his hand in handcuffs laying on the ground. She grabbed her gun and put fire on her round off right next to his face. And it was like, Oh my God, my bad. You know, it's like Jesus. So no, I mean, I got to, I don't want to, I don't want to be disrespectful. 32:36 But I will say, you know, first and foremost, I respect all women, OK? I think, I think women are very good at all occupations. However, if I and I, I'm going to speak for women here. 32:52 If a woman is going into what they consider a dangerous situation, would you rather have a 5 foot, 100 LB woman with you or a six, five, £250 in shape dude that is going to crack skulls the entire time. 33:14 Every woman's going to say the second, the second one. So, I mean, I don't think it's, it's stupid for us to say like, you know, hey, if you're playing in, in football or you're playing a sport, you want the biggest, fastest, strongest on your team. And unfortunately women weren't made that way. 33:29 That's, that's not that. And that's good. I don't want a woman made that way. I I don't. 33:33 Speaker 2 Right, Lesnar's daughter. 33:36 Speaker 1 I mean you, but you still don't want to for what you know, you don't want to marry one. I, I think when we, when we go back and we're like, you know, why are the Navy SEAL, why have the Navy Seals never let a woman in? 33:46 Speaker 2 I don't think any special forces have has they have they. 33:49 Speaker 1 33:49 Speaker 1 Rangers have, but they're not really special forces. I don't know I'm going to get beat up for that, but they're just, you know, whatever. But but I think I here's the deal. It's not the fact that you're a woman that is stopping you from playing in the NFL. It's not the fact that you're a woman that is stopping you from being a Navy SEAL. 34:07 It's the fact that you are not able to perform at that high of a standard based on the job requirements. And that's fine. I mean, I'm not a good cook. Am I over here going, why am I not a shoe, a shoe chef? You know, no, I'm not, I'm not, I'm not a good cook. 34:23 It it doesn't mean anything about me being a man. It's just not a skill set I have. And there's plenty of things that we don't, we don't aren't good at when it comes to law enforcement. I God love them, but this doesn't surprise me. 34:40 I mean, it's just, you know, and, and luckily that guy was there because from the video, she'd have been, she'd have been tore up. Oh, she's been stabbed. 34:47 Speaker 2 Like crazy. She's been freaking out down there on the ground. I mean, I, I just, you know, it, it looked like a a very standard operation. Like, all right, the guy's got a knife. Have you know your Taser out at least first keep your distance. Tase him. If not, be ready to get that fucking gun and shoot him in the head. You know what I'm saying? 35:02 Obviously there's something wrong with that guy. That dude was fucking crazy. 35:02 Obviously there's something wrong with that guy. That dude was fucking crazy. But I, I still don't know what was what the whole ordeal was. Apparently someone was harassing him and he had a knife and he was on private property and he's about to stab the officer. Or maybe he was just showing it to her really quickly. He's like. 35:16 Speaker 1 Look, here it is. Yeah, yeah. I I, I mean, it wasn't even like a fold up knife. It was like a steak knife. But again, you know, we go to this guy if you want to talk about this guy for a minute. I mean, is there does ever do you ever feel bad when you see that happen? Are you like, thank God? 35:32 You know, it's like, it's like when somebody runs a stop sign or they're driving like an idiot and a cop just happens to be driving by and pulls them over. You're like, thank you, thank you. So when you see somebody do that what he did and get taken out, you're like, play stupid games, win stupid prizes. 35:49 That's you're an idiot. Wonderful thing right there. So that's good for the other cop. 35:53 Speaker 2 Seems to be the trend going on right now in America is people are doing dumb shit, then they're getting shot and then other people are like, Oh my God, what's wrong with you? Probably shouldn't be doing stupid shit with people that have guns, you know, regardless of their law enforcement or they're a crime person or they're, you know, in a gang or they're, you know, cartel guns, You know, they don't discriminate. 36:12 They kill anybody that they shoot. So I don't know what you're talking about here when you're like, Oh my God, you know, be a watch out. You know, probably don't try to run people over and probably don't try to run at cops with knives and probably don't use your her vehicle's a weapon. I mean, it's probably not good ideas if you want to stay alive. 36:27 Speaker 1 Did you, did you see that ICE agent went into the hospital and they said he has internal bleeding and being hit by the car? 36:32 Speaker 2 Oh, really? 36:33 Speaker 1 Yeah, You know, that's like my favorite story I've seen. Like, you know, he's not got the cop or the ice agent went in and they're like, you OK. And he's like, yeah, I'm fine. Yeah. I mean, everything's good. They're like, she have internal bleeding and he's like, yeah, I guess like, so you broke your femur in two places. 36:49 She's like, oh, yeah, yeah, sure did. They're like, OK, just wanted to make sure that we're on the same page. Yeah, get out. 36:55 Speaker 2 Of here. Well, there's one over there and it was like come out shortly after that was in Minneapolis. There was a Hispanic ICE officer that was in his car and this old white liberal chick comes up to him and yelling at him and he maces her pepper sprays her bear sprays or something like that. And they're sitting on the ground. 37:12 I mean, get this. And a Hispanic ice officer sprays a white elderly liberal trying to stop him from doing his job. They go sit down there and then it like cuts to like a little group of people that are just like sitting there with their eyes closed. They all been pepper sprayed and they're like water. Does everybody have water? 37:28 And you look around at the grounds completely covered with fucking snow. Like are you retarded? Pick some snow up, put it in your eyes. You're retards. Ain't no wonder you ain't getting shit done. You don't know this snows water. It's probably better than water. It's nice and cooling. Just lay there and just pack your face with snow and you'll be OK. 37:43 Freaking dumbasses dude. It just don't make no sense to me. 37:47 Speaker 1 People are stupid. 37:49 Speaker 2 I wish they didn't get put on the Internet man. That's the worst thing about these ICE raids is we get to see all these fucking idiots that live in the world with us. 37:55 Speaker 1 Yeah, I did see a video by there was a young black man and he was yelling at these left the protesters and he's like, look, I've got to get to the other side of Brooklyn to pick up my daughter. You need to move and they wouldn't move. 38:11 And he starts flipping out. He gets out of the car, he starts pushing them and like wrestling with them. And he's like, I'm not going to run you over, but you better get out of my way right now. I need to pick up my daughter. And I'm like, dude, this dude is about ready to just run over. And it was all these white protesters. 38:30 If I was a black. I mean, it's a bad thing to say because I don't know how it would play out, but I know the right. I know how the right would look at it if that black dude was to mow down all those white left protesters. Probably get a medal from the president. He. 38:44 Speaker 2 38:44 Speaker 2 Probably would. 38:46 Speaker 1 I mean, I'm just saying. 38:47 Speaker 2 You know, the funniest thing is, you know, all the, and then all these videos you see where like they're getting punched. I mean, they're just like one hit every single one of them. That's all they can take is one hit. They're they're going down, they're going down. I've seen a couple where the dude gets out of his vehicle, He walks in front of them. I mean, this goes all the way back from BLM riots. You know, we, we apparently black lives matter doesn't matter anymore. 39:04 Now we're on the ice and stuff like that. But I mean, he would just get out of his truck, just Wham, go over the next one Wham, go over the next one, Wham and just get back in his truck and drive off. Like you fucking idiots. They're going to protest and antagonize people. Maybe go learn like some Muay Thai or go to a boxing class or some shit like that before you get your shit rock. 39:22 And then guess what? We still don't have free healthcare, so that's going to be a hell of a bill for you, you fucking idiot. So I don't know, that's craziness, craziness, but just keep yourself out of bad situations and you know, someone's got a knife, probably keep your distance, especially if you have a gun and a Taser. 39:37 Maybe have one of those out or both, you know, just double fist it like John you bro, which one to pull first, you know? 39:43 The Shocking Story of a Woman Found Alive in a Body Bag So right up next, Chuck wants to talk about this one. He sent it to me so I got it on the list. Detroit suburb agrees to a $3.25 million settlement in the case of a woman found alive in a body bag. 40:00 Now you see 3.25 million. 40:00 Now you see 3.25 million. That's a lot of money until you hear the end of the fucking headline. Alive in a body bag. And I don't know if she looked like this before she went in the body bag or when she came out like from suffocation. I'm going to show you a picture here in a minute, but. A Detroit suburb agreed to pay 3.25 million settlement with the family of a young woman who had been declared dead at home but then gasped for air and opened her eyes when her body bag was unzipped at a Funeral Home. 40:26 Paramedics were accused of gross negligence in how they responded to Tanisha Bootchamp after a 911 call in 2020. All right, So she already had cerebral palsy. Her being in the bag did not 'cause her looking like this. I didn't know if it was like suffocation. She had like a stroke. 40:42 But apparently, I guess they, they died, they, they thought she died. They put her in the bag. You know, maybe she was just like real quiet and still. I don't know why they thought she was dead. But later that day, the Funeral Home opened the body bag and found a Beauchamp gasping for air. 40:59 She was taken swiftly to a hospital but never recovered, so she ended up dying. 41:04 Speaker 1 Oh my God, I didn't know that, now I feel bad. 41:06 Speaker 2 Yeah, now the family's getting this, but no, this is a, this is a picture of her. You know, obviously I didn't read the story beforehand, but that was her. I didn't know she got a stroke, but I guess that's cerebral palsy, and you know what cerebral palsy looks like. But this is crazy, man. And you know, my first question is why the fuck are we making the body bags airtight? 41:26 Is it to keep out the smell or anything? Or like what if the person was alive? 41:26 Is it to keep out the smell or anything? Or like what if the person was alive? Are you just trying to like double check to make sure they're gonna die? Once you put them in there? Like they had like, you know, 1 heartbeat a minute, they're like, let's go and zip them up and we'll just go ahead and finish them off right here. 41:40 Speaker 1 Yeah, so that was that was one of my because you know when you see body bags, I mean, I've seen a bunch of these body bags and they're all zippered closed, right. So I never in imagined that they were airtight. So I did the research on these. 41:56 So a it says here you cannot breathe in a body bag because it creates an airtight environment. There have been extremely rare documented cases where individuals mistakenly declared dead were found alive and gasping for air and partially sealed or unsealed bags at funeral homes. 42:15 I think it's probably this one they're talking about highlighting critical failures and death pronouncements. While you could have where you could take a few breaths if it is just zipped, oxygen is quickly depleted and carbon dioxide builds up leading to asphyxiation. So Oh my God dude I'm reading. 42:33 OK so they do have the 2020 incident with a 20 year old woman was cerebral palsy. There was also in 2023, a 66 year old Iowa woman with dementia was mistakenly declared dead and found breathing in a body bag at a Funeral Home with her chest with her chest moved and she gasped for air. 42:52 Speaker 2 What, why, why don't we have like a breed? What are we doing like a little bit there? I mean, even back in the day when, like when they, when people, you know, that's where the term dead ringer came from. And back in the day, people would bury people underground. You know, like they'd be like, we think they're dead, but they tie a bell to their finger and they'd have the string coming out of the ground and a bell up top and they'd be like ringing that shit. 43:12 I'm still alive. Please dig me up. Please dig me up. How do we get away from that? 43:12 I'm still alive. Please dig me up. Please dig me up. How do we get away from that? Now we're just putting them in airtight bags. Like that doesn't make any sense to me because you're just taking them to the morgue, right? I mean the Funeral Home or the morgue and then you're unzipping them, doing an autopsy or looking at them. I don't know get why it needs to be airtight. 43:28 We can't just put like a little straw in there just like a little hole in the top just to breathe or maybe don't zip it up all the way just like leave the top, you know, quarter inch unzip just a little bit of air or something, I mean. 43:39 Speaker 1 You like when you had when you were a kid and you had little pets or you'd find animals outside and you'd put them in a shoe box and your parents were always like, don't forget to poke holes in the top and you'd take a pen. Did you ever do this? I did this many times. You'd have like your animal inside the shoe box and you'd have a very sharp pencil and you'd be like cacao, cacao, cacao. 43:59 You'd be like just poking holes in it. And then after you did it, and it was every time after I did it, I was like, Oh, crap, because I forgot that the animal was inside as I was poking holes in it. I never killed it. I never killed it. But I'm like, Jesus, what? What the heck, man? 44:14 You know, like I got to get, I got to get it together here. But but that I'm like, at least poke a hole in it. You know what I mean? Like just give him a little pencil hole because that does seem really odd that they make these things airtight. Now I get it for smell right? Because if it's a a badly decomposed body. 44:31 Speaker 2 Yeah, maybe that. 44:32 Speaker 1 44:32 Speaker 1 Maybe you put it in the airtight one, but maybe we should have a non airtight for the freshly dead. That's just what I'm saying. 44:39 Speaker 2 They're just right on there. Pretty sure they're dead, but leave a little hole with a I didn't know this was actually real. They said the the Fire Chief said Bowchamp situation might have been a case of Lazarus syndrome, a reference to people who come back to life without assistance after attempts to resuscitate have failed 'cause, you know, they did the movie The Lazarus Project where they were bringing people back. 45:03 And I didn't think that was real. But I guess there was some truth to that movie, which is crazy 'cause you know, in that movie you die and then you go to like the, the afterlife or you're in a purgatory and then they, they end up bringing you back. But you live like hundreds of years down there and the after afterlife, but it's only been like a couple minutes up here on Earth time, which is crazy. 45:21 It's wild. 45:22 Speaker 1 I never, I never heard of that, but I I I'd also just this story, it just scared the bejesus out of me. That's why I sent it to you. 45:28 Speaker 2 Yeah, it's it's, I mean, I don't know how you fuck up that bad. And then if there was any doubt in your mind, you're like, oh, let's just zip her up and make sure it's like the brand new airtight. Not even the Micron of air is getting in that motherfucker. 45:41 Speaker 1 So what do you why do you think? Because you said she passed away anyway, right? Yeah, how long after they she came back to life? 45:50 Speaker 2 Well, it said Beau. Oh shit. So later that day, so later the day after she had died, went there, she woke back up gasping for air. But this says right here. Medical professionals added Beauchamp would have survived if she had been taken immediately to a hospital from her home. 46:10 So instead of when they first picked her up, they just put her in a body bag and took her to the dam Funeral Home and but she could have survived. So that's bad. I feel like they should get a lot more money than three and a half million. I mean, you, you, you said you, you really fucked your job up. Hopefully these guys lose their job. I mean, I guess the the the person at the Funeral Home that's probably not not to blame. 46:29 They just get the bodies brought to them. But you imagine that shit working there late at night and you just see a fucking bag moving over there as a oh. 46:34 Speaker 1 Dude I was just going to say I would crap my pants if I unzipped a bag and the dead person started gasping for air like oh dude. 46:43 Speaker 2 A lot of the time they're there, you know, they do the funerals during the day and then a lot of time at nights. Usually it's just one person in the Funeral Home and they're doing all the embalming, you know, late at night they're. 46:51 Speaker 1 Just how do you know that? How do you know that? 46:53 Speaker 2 Because we talked to a a lady on a previous podcast, she was all tatted up. And actually now she's like the forensics analyst for Fulton County or something like that. But she's really. Yeah, she, she was. She's crazy. Yeah, she is wild. But she does autopsies and stuff. 47:09 But yeah, she would say all the time. It was kind of weird. You know, you're there late at night by yourself and just hanging out and, you know, some weird shit. You hear some stuff. Oh, man, This is odd because, I mean, you're in a place where thousands and thousands and thousands of people have died. And not all of them are good either, you know what I mean? 47:23 Speaker 1 Oh, yeah, and, and I still, I don't know. I don't know. The jury's still out on how I feel about spirits and what happens when you die and what happens to your soul. 47:32 Speaker 2 Jury's still out. Do you not remember our first? Damn that scary when the generator's shutting off as soon as we're talking about ghosts, how they don't like us and shit. 47:38 Speaker 1 OK, no, I do believe that there are demons and bad things out there. What I'm saying is, in a fresh setting like that, with a body, what is still leftover? Like, is the soul still there? 47:53 That's why I'm not getting cremated. I told you that because it's like, I don't know what happens to your soul. Like, what if your soul's like, all right, dude, you have to camp out in your body for the next two weeks, and then we'll get you into heaven as soon as we can. Yeah. Yeah. And I'm sitting there in my body, and it's like, all right. 48:09 But if you get buried, you're fine. You know, your soul is just going to chill in a box until you go to heaven, but if you get burned, your soul's going to be like, uh oh. And then the devil's going to be like, I knew you wanted to come to me, you know? And then you go to hell. You know what I mean? Like I just saw cremations bad don't get remade. 48:25 Speaker 2 You're like, you're like talking to Gabriel, the Angel. I think that's the Angel you're supposed to see the big man's deal with a lot of. 48:30 Speaker 1 People, you're talking about Saint Peter. 48:32 Speaker 2 Is it? I thought it was Gabriel. 48:34 Speaker 1 Well, Saint Peter's the one that lets you into heaven. 48:36 Speaker 2 Oh, I thought it was Gabriel that talked to you. Maybe it's Peter. OK, I can just imagine him like, yeah, big man's a little backed up. We've getting a lot of people from Gaza trying to figure out these people are good or not. We don't know what's going on here. We're getting a lot of people though, a lot of requests. 48:49 Speaker 1 A lot, a lot of Ukrainians and Russians joining us lately. It's it's really getting crazy up here. 48:55 Speaker 2 So, all right, well, women, you know, if you want to be a cop, make sure you have a a male partner. And I'm saying, you know, when you're out there, don't go solo. Don't be doing that. Not even broad daylight apparently anymore and not even in a public setting where there's other people around because you get crazy people trying to stab you. 49:12 So, yeah, and guys, can we put a little little air slit in the damn body bag? Come on. What the fuck? Especially if they died that day, like they didn't even try. What the fuck? So all right, we'll go and get into. 49:24 Speaker 1 What the check? 49:26 Testing US State Knowledge and Expanding the Show's Reach What the check, Chuck me what the chick. I forgot the audio on my computer, so this is what the chick. All right, here we go, man. We're going to test your US knowledge, OK? 49:42 Like. 49:42 Speaker 2 US in United States. 49:44 Speaker 1 The United States, all right, You know this, this show, I know we're big in Georgia, OK, We got a pretty big following in Georgia. We got listeners in other states. We know that. But I feel like we got to incorporate other states. What I did, I put together a list of states that me and you really need to expand into. 50:02 And I made them part of this because I have reasons, you know, I want to take vacations and trips and things like that. So I can tell you right off the bat, Illinois, New York and New Jersey will not be an answer that will be to any of these because do not want to go to any of those. 50:18 I don't know. 50:18 Speaker 2 If they don't fill deal with the Islamic regime up there and the rats now the rats going to be like a Muslim extremist. 50:24 Speaker 1 Yeah, yeah. What? 50:26 Speaker 2 The rats in New York. 50:28 Speaker 1 Why would they be Muslim? 50:29 Speaker 2 I'm Donnie took over. 50:32 Speaker 1 The rats are just blowing up all over the subway. 50:34 Speaker 2 It's like wanted. 50:36 Speaker 1 Stupid. OK, all right, first question, All right. This state has the least population, so it is the least populous state in the United States, and it is home to the first National Monument called Devil's Tower. 50:55 Speaker 2 Oh, feel like that's like either Oklahoma or Montana or Utah. Oh, I think Utah. 51:01 Speaker 1 Is that your final answer? Yes. All right, you didn't listen to the beginning of this states. I want to expand the show into OK, I do not want to go to Utah. The answer is Wyoming. Wyoming it's. 51:13 Speaker 2 Like the same thing. Why do you want Wyoming over Utah? 51:16 Speaker 1 Are you kidding me? Wyoming is beautiful. 51:18 Speaker 2 Oh, Utah's seen all the Mormons though, right? 51:20 Speaker 1 Yeah. Oh, God, yeah. That's where Charlie Kirk died. I don't want to get killed. 51:23 Speaker 2 That was Arizona. 51:25 Speaker 1 No. 51:26 Speaker 2 It was on Arizona. That's right. Yeah. 51:27 Speaker 1 Yeah, so Wyoming. Oh, for one. Oh, for one next. This state is a top honey producer and known for unusual records like Pumpkin Pumpkin Boat Journeys. 51:45 Speaker 2 What the fuck? Pumpkin boat journeys and bees, I don't think. I don't know if bees really thrive in the North. 52:04 I'm trying. I know you don't want to go to Oregon. You don't want to go to Washington. You are. 52:09 Speaker 1 Correct SO. 52:12 Speaker 2 I'm trying to think of, you don't want to go to Nebraska. All those countries in the middle. I mean the states in the middle, kind of like, eh? You know, I'm all right. I'm going to have to go with the what's on the East up there, Virginia. 52:36 Speaker 1 No, the correct answer is North Dakota. 52:40 Speaker 2 Damn. 52:41 Speaker 1 52:41 Speaker 1 Yeah, I think we do good in North Dakota. I think those are our people. I. 52:44 Speaker 2 Didn't think they had a lot of bees up there. I thought it was too cold for them. 52:47 Speaker 1 I don't know top honey producer and unusual records like pumpkin boat journeys. 52:53 Speaker 2 F Gay. 52:54 Speaker 1 Yeah, yeah, OK. 52:56 Speaker 2 Was this like the fucking the Princess when she hops in her carriage and Cinderella or no, what's the one she turns into? Like an ogre at midnight, or she turns into a witch, or she's ugly at midnight. 53:07 Speaker 1 The one you're talking about, the one with the shoe, if it fits. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Cinderella. 53:11 Speaker 2 Oh yeah, she hops in her pumping carriage. 53:13 Speaker 1 Yeah. 53:15 Speaker 2 Is that where they Is that what they have like pumpkin carriages? 53:17 Speaker 1 Or pumpkin boat journeys. 53:20 Speaker 2 So they like, hop in a pumpkin boat, a boat made out of pumpkin, and they float. 53:24 Speaker 1 I wish I Google pumpkin boat journeys and see what the heck that is. I don't know if you know, when I first read it, it said unusual records and I was like vinyl and I'm like no, that can't be it. But it's. 53:36 Speaker 2 A coda. 53:37 Speaker 1 Yep, pumpkin boat journeys. 53:41 Speaker 2 Pumpkin boat journeys in North Dakota referred to record attempts on the Missouri River, notably by Rick Swinson in 2016, who paddled 25 miles inside a pumpkin. Yep. 53:54 Speaker 1 OK, stupid. 53:55 Speaker 2 That thing is massive too. That's exactly kind of what I thought was happening. Let me show you a picture right here. I mean, that seems amazing. 54:04 Speaker 1 Is it a real pumpkin? 54:05 Speaker 2 Yeah, dude, look at that, Berta. 54:08 Speaker 1 Dude, that is. 54:09 Speaker 2 A. So we didn't named it. 54:10 Speaker 1 That is a huge pumpkin. 54:12 Speaker 2 Oh yeah, that dude does look like he'd listen to us. Look at him. 54:14 Speaker 1 See, I told you there are people. 54:16 Speaker 2 OK, All right, I'm digging it. Look, he likes outdoors pumpkins and Fords. Look at that. 54:22 Speaker 1 He's an outdoorsy guy. 54:22 Speaker 1 He's an outdoorsy guy. OK, next you're going to be kicking yourself for this one. This is the state where kool-aid was invented. It's also I don't know what this means yet, but I'm sure you'll tell me. 54:39 It's also Tripoli landlocked. 54:43 Speaker 2 Tripoli landlocked? Damn. For some reason I'm thinking Missouri, but you don't want to go there. 54:56 Speaker 1 You are correct. 54:58 Speaker 2 Tripoli landlocked. So it's not Georgia, It's not North Carolina. It's not South Carolina. Is it Tennessee? 55:06 Speaker 1 No, the correct answer is new or Jesus Nebraska. 55:11 Speaker 2 You want to go to Nebraska? 55:13 Speaker 1 There are people, you know what I mean? Like just Cornhuskers, you know, that's where the telephone was invented, you know, I just feel like it it'd be. And now that I know Kool Aid's from there, those are our people now I'm. 55:24 Speaker 2 Surprised it's not from the South. You know, I mean, a lot, you know, just a lot of black people like it. I figured it'd been like invented down here. 55:30 Speaker 1 You would think like it was invented in Mississippi. 55:32 Speaker 2 Yeah, yeah. 55:33 Speaker 1 I know. 55:33 Speaker 1 I know. No. It was invented in Nebraska. All right. Next. 55:38 Speaker 2 I guess AAA landlocked means it's landlocked by states around it and by another country because it touches Canada, right? 55:50 Speaker 1 No, Nebraska doesn't touch Canada, Oh. 55:54 Speaker 2 I thought it did. 55:55 Speaker 1 Now, now I'm going to feel stupid. If it does, all right, go ahead and. 55:58 Speaker 2 Google that. 55:59 Speaker 1 I want to say it's in the middle of the United States. 56:04 Speaker 2 Oh yeah, it's above Kansas. OK, I don't know what Tripoli land. Oh, I guess you mean you got to get to 3 states before you get to any water? 56:11 Speaker 1 Oh, OK all. 56:12 Speaker 2 Right. Oh, oh, damn. This map looks a lot different than I remember it. I was thinking if it's where it's Minnesota. I thought it was like between North Dakota and Minnesota, but yeah. Oh yeah, that's that's a terrible location. 56:24 Speaker 1 That's where we're going all right next. This is the site of the first successful human heart transplant and George Washington Carver's peanut research. 56:36 Speaker 2 Georgia. 56:39 Speaker 1 We're already big in Georgia. 56:43 Speaker 2 Alabama. 56:43 Speaker 1 Alabama's correct. Good job. I feel like we got to branch out a little bit. We got to just move over a little bit to our people in Alabama. So yes, that is the site of the first successful human heart transplant, which happened in For Extra Credit 19. 56:57 Speaker 2 60. 57:00 Speaker 1 Seven. Good job. Yep. All right, next. This is home. This state is home to the most telescopes in the world, and it also has the Grand Canyon. 57:15 Speaker 2 Oh, fuck, where is that What I'm looking on a fucking map now. I'm trying to figure that shit out. Oh, what is that? Mount Rushmore $10 to get in? All right. Oh, OK. So Seattle, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota. 57:33 Touched the top up there. OK, that's what I was trying to figure out. 57:33 Touched the top up there. OK, that's what I was trying to figure out. Oh, OK, there it is. That's over there. There's Toronto. OK, I'm just trying to get refigure it with the map. Damn. Colorado is Denver's that low? Colorado's that low? I thought it was a little higher, man, I went there, too. 57:48 What the fuck? All right, we're going with the Grand Canyon's in Arizona, right? 57:55 Speaker 1 Arizona's correct. That is the home of the Grand Canyon and also the most telescopes in the world out of Tucson, AZ. Isn't that interesting? Because there's nothing there, There's no light, there's no obstruction. So anyway. 58:06 Speaker 2 No light pollution. Yeah, my buddy Josh went out there because he got a horny about, well, our friend lived out there and they all went out there. But he's like, I'm gonna bring my telescope. 58:14 Speaker 1 Yeah, it's weird. I've never tried that. All right, we got two more and we're done here. All right? These are the last two states I want to bring in next. All right? This state holds the record for the hottest temperature ever recorded in the United States. 58:33 Speaker 2 Guess I know Las Vegas gets real hot. 58:33 Speaker 2 Guess I know Las Vegas gets real hot. Nevada. 58:37 Speaker 1 That's not correct. 58:38 Speaker 2 Oh, but hottest Florida? 58:42 Speaker 1 Not even close. All right, you went the other way. We need to get you back on the map. I said close in Nevada and you said. 58:48 Speaker 2 Florida, I thought, I said. Not even close. Utah. 58:52 Speaker 1 Nope. All right, I'm not happening. South Dakota. Still wrong. 58:57 Speaker 2 No. Don't like Washington? Oh, New Mexico. 59:01 Speaker 1 Close but no Texas? Nope. 59:04 Speaker 2 Oklahoma. 59:05 Speaker 1 That's not happening. 59:07 Speaker 2 Oh God, I got to go back to the map. I can't remember any other states, What is Santa Fe? Oh, that's New Mexico. Colorado. No. Wyoming. Nope. California. 59:18 Speaker 1 Yes, thank you for getting that right. California, the hottest recorded temperature ever in the United States. And for extra credit, do you know where in California that was recorded? You should, because it's very, very easy to know this. 59:31 Speaker 2 San Diego. 59:32 Speaker 1 Not even Death Valley, CA. I. 59:35 Speaker 2 Don't know where that is. 59:37 Speaker 1 Oh, it's hot, It's hot. All right, last one. 59:39 Speaker 2 You know, God just hates California. I mean, they're always having problems and they got the hot. I mean, Hell's going to open up in California. And you know, I used to want to go to LA when I was younger, but I don't know if I really want to go anymore unless I get invited out there by like some kind of big company or event. 59:53 Speaker 1 See, so that's the reason I put them on the list because I eventually Brandon, you're going to have to go like if you want, if you want to be successful in the industry that you currently are in. You're going to have to go and wine and dine and shake hands and rub elbows, you know what I mean? 1:00:08 Speaker 2 Even though I feel by the time I get there, it's going to be gone, I'm like, what happened? Where did everybody? 1:00:13 Speaker 1 Have you're not going to move there, you're just going to go there for the dumb podcast awards. You know what I mean? Something like that. So we're going to have to expand a little bit, get some people in Cali and start listening to the show and going, you know what? These guys are really rude, really rude, and they're not very professional and they say things they shouldn't. 1:00:32 We would love to have them, you know, I mean, did you, did you hear Nikki? Did you hear Nikki Glazier do her speech at the Oscars? 1:00:41 Speaker 2 No. You think I watched the Oscars? 1:00:43 Speaker 1 When she made fun of Sean Penn. 1:00:45 Speaker 2 No. What happened with that? 1:00:46 Speaker 1 She said he looks like an old leather bag. I was like, dude, that's pretty awesome. And the way she said it was really mean. But you got to you're going to be OK. You, you if Nikki Glazier can make it, you can make it. All right, last one, this is a little surprising to you. I think you're going to be a little surprised that I chose this one, but this is my last state that I want to pop into this state and you're going to love the reason why has the only active diamond mine in the United States. 1:01:15 Speaker 2 Oh, are you? Is it continental? 1:01:19 Speaker 1 Yeah. 1:01:20 Speaker 2 Oh, OK. Oh. 1:01:21 Speaker 1 That was a good question because it could have been Alaska. It's not. It's not. I don't want to go to Alaska. I'm never, never want to go to Alaska. 1:01:26 Speaker 2 You know why? But you're not going to go to Alaska. 1:01:29 Speaker 1 Yeah, Brandon, I don't want to freeze and get eaten by a bear. 1:01:32 Speaker 2 I think you go in like September and it's like warm like. 1:01:35 Speaker 1 30 Yeah, exactly. No, I'm good up. 1:01:39 Speaker 2 To a nice 45°. 1:01:40 Speaker 1 I know dude, we, we had a friend that went on a Alaskan cruise and they're like, you guys have got to do it. It was so much fun. And I'm like, what'd you do? And they're like, we watched glaciers fall into the ocean. Like, sounds terrible. I don't want to. I don't want to watch a glacier. They're like, if everybody had come out of your stateroom, you can see a blue whale to the left. 1:02:00 And you're like, I'm freezing. I don't want to look at a whale. 1:02:00 And you're like, I'm freezing. I don't want to look at a whale. I don't care. Stupid. 1:02:05 Speaker 2 Anyway, I went for a honeymoon. 1:02:06 Speaker 1 Yeah, terrible. And that's why they're divorced. 1:02:09 Speaker 2 No, the current one. 1:02:11 Speaker 1 I mean, that's good for them, all right? So what state currently has the only active diamond mine? 1:02:20 Speaker 2 Oh, it's got to be somewhere. Like I already said, Arizona, right? 1:02:25 Speaker 1 Yeah, you did you. 1:02:29 Speaker 2 Know all the states in the middle. I don't think we want to go. 1:02:33 Speaker 1 To I've got a pretty. You see where I've been so far. We're in Wyoming, North Dakota, Nebraska. We're huge in California, Montana and Arizona. No, Montana's not correct, but that is a good guess. 1:02:49 Speaker 2 I'm looking over here at the map and shit, what was that town? 1:02:52 Speaker 1 This state also is home to the only president that ever cheated on his wife in the Oval Office that. 1:02:58 Speaker 2 'D be JFK, correct? Bill Clinton. 1:03:02 Speaker 1 1:03:02 Speaker 1 I was going to say, this state is also home to the only other. 1:03:05 Speaker 2 President, I said. JFK was rocking Bush left and right. 1:03:11 Speaker 1 I forgot about him. I forgot about him. So yes. So he it is the home of Bill Clinton, Delaware, that's Joe Biden. 1:03:19 Speaker 2 Oh, Bill Clinton, He's he's the guy, Yeah. He's got the Southern Act at. 1:03:23 Speaker 1 Texas. No. Are you kidding me? You don't know where? Bill Clinton. He was the governor of this state. 1:03:30 Speaker 2 I know where he got blown at. That was in DC. Wow, Bill Clinton. I mean, he's on Estin's Island right now. You know, he, he skipped out on the committee hearing. Where's Bill Clinton from? It's got to be something retarded. 1:03:47 Colorado. 1:03:49 Speaker 1 Bill Clinton is from the wonderful state of Arkansas. What? 1:03:54 Speaker 2 1:03:54 Speaker 2 The fuck is that even on a map? Oh, there it is. I see it. 1:03:56 Speaker 1 It's close to us and Arkansas is the only state that currently has enacted DIME in mine. Therefore, we should move into that state. 1:04:03 Speaker 2 What, what, what fucking town is it in? 1:04:07 Speaker 1 I don't know. I don't get all the details. I only get so much. I mean, I got a lot to do here. I. 1:04:12 Speaker 2 Didn't realize how close Arkansas was to Memphis. I see why Arkansas is a terrible place. 1:04:17 Speaker 1 It's not bad. I've been to Little Rock. It's OK. 1:04:19 Speaker 2 That's very far away from Memphis. That's like a couple 100 miles away. Oh yeah, Memphis just looks like you want to hang yourself there if you don't get shot first. 1:04:32 Speaker 1 Yeah, I've, I haven't been there since I was real little. I was a little kid and I went to Graceland and I was probably 8 and I still remember it. But that's all I remember about Memphis was. 1:04:42 Speaker 2 Graceland, Johnny Cash or Elvis's place. Oh my. 1:04:45 Speaker 1 1:04:45 Speaker 1 God, what's wrong with you? It's Elvis. 1:04:48 Speaker 2 All right. Well, I don't listen to Elvis, OK? 1:04:51 Speaker 1 Everybody has heard Elvis. 1:04:53 Speaker 2 Yeah, I don't care where he lives though. 1:04:56 Speaker 1 Oh my. 1:04:56 Speaker 2 God, I'm just looking at the map, man. You know I don't, I don't look at this thing often. Got Saint Louis and Missouri. 1:05:03 Speaker 1 Well, you're intrigued with the map and the show is over, so. 1:05:08 Speaker 2 All right. We appreciate you listening. I don't. 1:05:12 Speaker 1 Know we are not advertising the Super Bowl party yet. We're not doing that all. 1:05:17 Speaker 2 Right. Well, you got anything if we get out here? 1:05:20 Speaker 1 No, I'll see you again in like 3 hours. 1:05:23 Speaker 2 Fuck all most of the states we mentioned. All right, bye.
